Sandra Mahmoud Lindquist

Sandra Mahmoud Lindquist is a Danish actor, playwright, screenwriter, and filmmaker. She graduated from the Swedish National Theatre Academy in Malmö (Teaterhögskolan i Malmö) in 2017. Her cultural background spans European, Scandinavian, West African, and East African roots.

As an actor, her recent work includes Olga in Three Sisters at Örebro Teater. She is also an experienced voice actor, with credits for Netflix, Nickelodeon, Moonbug Entertainment, Mattel, and Disney, including the Danish voice of Vanity Smurf in The Smurfs.

As a writer for stage and screen, Sandra explores themes of heritage, identity, and pop culture, balancing humour and tragedy. She received the Danish Writers Guild Talent Award in 2024 for her play Burnout Queen and placed third in Dramatisk Debut 2022 with Oprah Winfrey Has Everything, But No Children (Oprah Winfrey har alt, men ingen børn).

Sandra is currently developing an original television series with a production company.

Her recent film work includes the short film Spicy, on which she served as co-executive producer, second assistant director, co-casting director, and acting coach, and Thank You for Coming (Farvel til vores næste gæst), in which she appears in one of the leading roles.

Both short films have been shortlisted for Robert Prisen 2027.
